Privacy & Compliance
Privacy and compliance are not opposites. Standard ColibriSwap flows do not require KYC, but our exchange partners perform their own risk screening on deposit addresses and can refuse suspicious flows. Nothing about our routing is designed to obscure sanctioned activity.
What we do not do
- We do not hold user funds.
- We do not collect KYC for standard swaps.
- We do not log wallet addresses to identity information.
